June 2025

This week’s Board meeting was the last for the current term. Many of our incoming Board members joined us as the start of our transition. 

We talked about some operational items including plans for our new tenant, SPARC, who will be using our social hall during the week for their programming. You can learn more about SPARC here. The supplemental income from SPARC will help support some of our building maintenance. 

We are looking forward to some great summer events including Pride Shabbat, Ice Cream Shabbat, and Shabbat Under the Stars. We also had a calendar meeting this month where we started planning out the year’s events. We’ve got some great plans!

Finally, we talked about the transition to the new term. We are looking forward to onboarding all our new Board members - Susanna Ferrara, Mike Friedenthal, Nathan Landsberg-Britt, Rachel Malmfeldt, Robin Rosenthal, Robyn Stern, Mindee Trudell, and Rachel Wallace.
