Happy New Year Teens and Parents! I hope you all had a wonderful winter break and are ready for all that 2026 has in store. 

We have A LOT of great opportunities for ALL teens to engage with your friends and help the greater CSS community in the next 8 weeks. Please read on and plan to participate in one or more. 

BUT FIRST -- for Madrichim -- Next Sunday 1/11 is "Hanukkah Pajamukah" at Sunday School. Wear your PJs, Hanukkah gear or BOTH and earn a point!

Spruce Day - 1/18 @ 10:30am 

There's no Religious School on this date, so sleep in a bit and then join us to help "spruce" up the building. There's plenty of cleaning, organizing, painting and "fix-it" projects that you can help with. Did I mention, lunch will be provided? Earn a point for attending -- get a 2nd point for texting me a photo of you in action as I will not be there and will miss your smiling faces! Registration not required but appreciated HERE.

Religious School Dinner + Shabbat - 2/6 @ 5:30pm

Pizza, Pasta and Community! Our students and parents love to see our teens outside of the classroom. We would love to see you there. YES, earn a point for attending. Registration is required HERE.

Teen Havdalah + Movie Night - 2/21

Let's celebrate the end of Shabbat, play a game and then settle in for a movie night. Plenty of snacks will be provided. Stay tuned for more information. Want to help plan the event & select the movie choices? Please reach out to Morah Mindee!

Purim Carnival - 3/8 @ 11am

Please mark your calendars for the annual congregation Purim Party. We'll need volunteers to run games, crafts and help serve lunch. More details coming soon.
